1. Seller starts
The seller creates or signs in to a protected workspace, starts the transfer and completes the seller information.
2. Buyer completes
The buyer opens the secure link from the seller and completes the buyer section. A buyer account is optional.
3. Review and sign
Both parties review the completed application and move through the existing witnessed signing flow.
4. Track progress
The seller dashboard shows whether the buyer has opened, started or completed their section, keeping the transfer moving.
