Our Pricing Structure
At Khamango, we are committed to providing a transparent, efficient, and supportive platform for biodiversity credit transactions.
Our all-inclusive fee structure is designed to fairly match the services involved with establishing the Khamango marketplace, ensuring a seamless experience.
Fee Structure
Listing Fee
There are no fees to list your credits. Simply sign up and get listing. Sellers set credit pricing entirely at their discretion.
Seller Fee
Our seller side fee is 2% of the sale price.
Buyer Fee
Our buyer’s premium is 5% on top of the accepted credit sale price.
Other Fees
The BCT administrates the formal credit transfer and retirement paperwork. At these stages, the BCT will charge fees. The BCTs fees are independent of the Khamango platform and are the responsibility of the buyer and seller.
Comparison to alternatives
Our buyer fee of 5% allows buyers to regularly save 10-20% on the prices charged by the Biodiversity Conservation Trust.
Typically, the BCT would charge a "Market Rate" for credits plus a 5% transaction fee plus an 11.1-16.7% Risk Premium fee.
Our seller side fee is up to 75% lower compared to purchasing through brokers.

We believe in clarity and fairness. Advertising credits along with pricing is not common in the Biodiversity Offset Scheme. Hiding costs creates confusion and slows sales. A marketplace requires transparency to function properly.
Our 7% fee split between buyer and seller is straightforward, with no hidden charges. This approach ensures that you receive exceptional value and service without unexpected costs. It allows users to accurately evaluate their operational costs.
