Seller Fees

Our goal is to provide industry-leading fees on a first of its kind marketplace. Our seller side commission of 2%. This is 75% lower than common brokerage fees.

Buyer Fees

Our standard rate of 5% occurs on our actual market rate prices and allows buyers to regularly save 10-20% on the prices charged by the BCT.

Typically, the BCT would charge a "Market Rate" for credits plus a 5% transaction fee plus an 11.1-16.7% Risk Premium fee.
